INSTALLATION TIP

The original cam sprocket (P/N 4448897) was redesigned by Chrysler. With a shorter hub, which required a thicker thrust plate. S-788T (P/N4778707) is a new kit that includes the thicker plate (P5393) and the redesigned cam sprocket (P5450). When installing this kit, the old thrust plate must be replaced with the new plate. Both components in this kit must be used together to avoid misalignment. Line up the arrows not the dots at T.D.C. in # 1 firing position.
