By removing the factory tensioner, this kit eliminates chain slack and potential failure. The combination of Cloyes TRUE™ Roller chain, and precision-machined sprockets ensures a center distance corrected timing drive for reliable performance on VVT-equipped LT engines.

- Billet 5-keyway crank sprocket for +/-4 Degrees adjustability with 2 custom diamond-impregnated friction washers for front and thrust hubs. Precision oil pump spline drive for durable, reliable oil pressure delivery.

- Tensioner elimination guide provided to simplify installation and ensure proper lubrication and chain stability.
