Cloyes & Rotomaster Strengthen Executive Leadership Team with Appointment of Robert Frazier and Doug Havekost

Fort Smith, AR – August 25, 2026 – MOP-Cloyes, which includes Cloyes Gear & Products and Rotomaster, today announced the appointments of Robert Frazier as Chief Operating Officer and Doug Havekost as Chief Financial Officer.

The appointments strengthen the MOP-Cloyes executive leadership team as the organization continues to expand its product portfolio, global operations, and market presence across the Cloyes and Rotomaster brands.

Robert Frazier Appointed Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Frazier will oversee Cloyes and Rotomaster global operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, materials management, logistics, and operational excellence. He will be responsible for aligning day-to-day operations with the company’s long-term strategy while advancing process optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement across Cloyes and Rotomaster.

Frazier brings more than 25 years of experience transforming complex global manufacturing, supply chain, and aftermarket fulfillment organizations across North America and Europe.

Most recently, Frazier held senior operational leadership roles within Cummins’ Drivetrain and Braking Systems business, where he led global supply chain transformation, operational excellence, and fulfillment operations across a network of 23 manufacturing facilities and nine fulfillment centers. His responsibilities included automation strategy, Industry 4.0 deployment, predictive analytics, network optimization, and multi-region business transformation.

Frazier also helped lead ProductionNext, a $200 million modernization initiative focused on improving productivity, safety, quality, and operational performance. Under his leadership, the organization achieved measurable improvements in labor efficiency, product quality, workplace safety, and the expansion of its global automation capabilities.

Previously, Frazier served as General Manager of Meritor Aftermarket Operations–North America, where he led a $580 million business and a one-million-square-foot distribution and manufacturing network across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. His leadership improved fill-rate performance, optimized inventory, and reduced costs across a portfolio of more than 100,000 SKUs.

Frazier began his career at Toyota Motor North America, advancing through leadership roles in planning, strategy, logistics, and operations. During his tenure, he led multi-site operational performance initiatives, implemented Toyota Production System and Lean programs, and developed teams in problem-solving, flow optimization, and standardized work.

Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in marketing and transportation logistics from The Ohio State University. He also holds certifications as a Toyota Production System trainer and Lean logistics trainer.

Doug Havekost Appointed Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Havekost will lead Cloyes and Rotomaster global finance organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, internal controls, and strategic financial initiatives. He will partner closely with the executive leadership team and MidOcean Partners to support the company’s continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Havekost brings more than 30 years of executive financial leadership experience across global manufacturing organizations, including private equity-backed and publicly traded companies. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive leadership teams to drive profitable growth, strengthen operations, and create long-term enterprise value across the aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, rail services, and consumer products industries.

Most recently, Havekost served as Chief Financial Officer of HDT Global, a private equity-backed leader in military expeditionary and unmanned equipment. Previously, he served as CFO of Hermetic Solutions Group, where he played a key leadership role in the company’s growth and acquisition strategy, culminating in its sale to Arcline Investment Management in a transaction valued at more than $1.1 billion.

Throughout his career, Havekost has led finance organizations responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, information technology, compliance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and operational finance. He has also led business transformation initiatives involving enterprise resource planning implementations, international expansion, refinancing activities, shared-service organizations, working capital improvements, and finance team development.

Havekost holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and international business from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in operations management from the University of Missouri. He has also completed executive leadership programs at UCLA and the University of Oxford.
